After-School Clubs
Throughout the school year, a range of after-school clubs takes place. These include Art, Choir, Football, Recorder, Book Club, Environment/Gardening, Board Games, Active Club, and Judo. Clubs run from the end of the school day to 4.15 pm or 4.30 pm.
Clubs are run by school staff or private providers.
Details of clubs available, including dates and times will be shared on the school’s weekly newsletter.
Early Doors Reading & Number Club
We offer an early morning Reading and Number Club to children in all classes 8:00 am – 8:45 am. The club is held in the school library where Reading and Number activities are led by school staff. Children are taken to their classrooms at 8.45 am ready to start the school day. Children attending Reading and Number Club should arrive at school between 8.00 am and 8.20 am (no admittance after 8:20 am).
The cost is £3 per day and payment must be made via the ParentPay App in advance. Children will be registered when they attend and payment deducted from your child’s account. If you have more than one child please ensure payments are made to the relevant child’s account.
Please drop the children off at the office entrance (ring the bell provided) and your child will be collected by a member of staff and taken to the library.
Staff are not able to admit children before 8.00 am or after 8.20 am so please make sure you arrive on time.
After-School Provision
WASPS Link Club (01925 817296) provides play and care facilities for after-school care for children. WASPs collect children from St Oswald’s at the end of the day and transport them to their provision which is based at nearby Bruche Primary School.
